In 2021 OTDS was awarded a major complete turnkey project for the design, manufacture and supply of a complete refubishment for an overhead line and electrical distribution project for our oil and gas customers four individual fields.

The project envolved the design and manufacture of various transmission towers, destruction tests and complete supply of all materials for the installation. Containerised substations with MV and LV panels complete for use within desert conditions were manufactured to the clients demanding specificaitons.

All equipment, incluing distribution and power transformers were all connected via a SCADA network for operation and monitoring purposes. All cable and conductors were also part of the overall package which was completed with our team on site.

FAT tests, training and full support was provided to our customer including the shipping of all equipment to site via OTDS logisitcs.
